Use of the service
PromptGuard Scan provides software for LLM security testing, prompt injection scanning, jailbreak detection, leakage checks, and related reporting. You must use the service lawfully and only for systems, data, and applications you are authorized to test.
No guarantee of complete security
Security testing reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every vulnerability, exploit path, policy issue, or data leakage condition will be found. Reports are informational technical outputs and are not legal, compliance, or professional advice.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your prompts, data, scan targets, model provider terms, user notices, access controls, and decisions made from reports. You must not submit data you are not permitted to process.
Subscriptions and payment
Plan prices are shown before checkout. Annual billing is discounted when selected. Payments are processed through NOWPayments, and crypto network confirmation times may vary. Access may begin after payment status is confirmed or otherwise approved.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal by contacting support. For first-time subscription purchases, refund requests made within 7 days may be reviewed when the service has not been materially used, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Transaction fees, completed custom work, private deployments, enterprise setup, and abuse-related accounts may be non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to attack third-party systems without authorization, develop harmful instructions, evade lawful restrictions, infringe rights, overload the platform, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with other customers.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service, software, design, templates, and documentation. You retain rights to your customer content, subject to the rights needed for us to provide and secure the service.
Service changes
We may update features, pricing, integrations, security controls, and availability. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse, or material breach.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or security incidents not caused by our willful misconduct.
