PromptGuard Scan provides security testing software for LLM applications. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and visitors.

We may collect contact details, account details, checkout metadata, support messages, website analytics, security scan configuration, submitted prompts or test context, generated findings, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

Payment information

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. We do not store full payment credentials. We may receive invoice identifiers, order references, payment status, currency, and transaction metadata needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and compliance.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, run scans, generate reports, process orders, secure the platform, respond to support requests, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Customer scan data

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to submit prompts, documents, logs, or application context to the service. Do not submit regulated, confidential, or sensitive data unless your plan and agreement permit it.
